To be, or not to be positive in the midst of chaos, that is the question:
We’re living through strange times. It can be hard to be positive, because you see no end to this pandemic. It can also be difficult to perform well in your studies or at your work, because your mind is occupied by the hopelessness of the corona situation. And you know what? It's okay to not to be positive, to have reduced motivation and to feel down.
Instead of pushing an exaggerated mindset of positivity, we'll rather push the agenda that whatever feelings you have are valid. We can only hope that you find small joys in your changed daily life, and that you try to engage into your interests. We’re cheering for you and us - we’ll make it!
- Enjoy the beautiful nature or take a walk in the park, with distance from others. Social and physical distancing is important, but it doesn't necessary mean self-isolation.
- Reach out to people you trust if you’re anxious.
- Check on your friends who are living away from home, family members and yourself.
As always, we hope you take care of yourself, stay safe, wear your mask, and you are kind to your surroundings 💗 You're not alone, even when you feel like it. We’re in this together, and we’ll surely come through this together too.
(Hopefully this is not a cringy caption. We just want to express our thoughts to you, and make sure that you know that we’re feeling the same way as you during these weird times.)
