As Asians, we grew up with grass/herbal jelly used in different dessert types. We therefore wanted to incorporate it in our topping collection as well. The taste is mild, while the texture is delicate and silky. We even make it and cut it up in our tea stations! Suitable for both milk and fruity ice teas.
The best part is that it’s free from gelatine (and rest of our toppings), and can be easily enjoyed by everyone. As we grow and become more aware over our food consumption, we want to do our part to lessen the pain and reduce the ecological footprint. We’re no where near what we should be, but we try to contribute to living a green lifestyle as much as possible. That’s why our topping collection and most of our bubble teas are vegan/can be made vegan + we have reusable bottles/straws.
