A wild, boba-filled summer at TeaOlogy has gone to an end. It’s therefore appropriate to write an appreciation post for our hardworking team. These are the people that constantly work hard as baristas, tea producers, tapioca cookers and waiters, even during the heat and the never-ending guest flow at us during summer. With a smile and carefulness, they manage to serve you all!
We worked our way through a summer that exceeded all of our expectations, by having our strong and efficient team with us 😮💨✊🏽 We are incredibly lucky to have a team that wholeheartedly does their best. We are also lucky to have many loyal guests that have empathy, show kindness and are patience whenever there is rush at our place. We’re still in shock and so grateful that people give us a chance!

We admit we have many shortcomings, but we are also growing and learning each day. Mistakes are unavoidable, yet we try our best to reduce it to a minimum. If you experience anything less than good vibes at us, PLEASE reach out immedietaly at the tea bar and we will fix it for free!!!!!!

With this post, we also want to raise awareness regarding how to treat service workers:
• Service workers don’t deserve to be spoken down on, simply because you don’t get your order in 1 minute during a rush or wrong order.
• Service workers deserve to be treated with respect, and we’ll not tolerate any fuel language against our staff members.
• Service workers do their very best to serve you, but when the demand exceeds the capacity to what’s humanely possible - please be patient. The orders don’t go faster by you yelling at them.
