This week we had a learningful day with our staff members, where we tasted all of our teas, reviewed written feedback, had a quiz game about our teas, and talked about TeaOlogy's history, philosophy and vision. The reason for this valuable session, is to increase our staff members' knowledge about tea, which will ultimately make them more confident in what they serve you guys. THAT is important, because we don't simply want to serve you anything we ourselves don't know about, nor have any trust in.
We always want to shape our brand and ourselves into something we’re proud of. Beyond that, we also want you to feel content whenever drinking our tea creations and being at our place. This is why we have held four taste tests with guests since our beginning, and had informative tea sessions with our staff members. We constantly do adjustments to make our boba the best it can be.
If you feel a slight change in our quality or feel unhappy about anything, please tell us. By sharing feedback, makes it possible for us to improve. We don’t EVER shy away from feedback that comes from a person who wants us to grow.
❗️TEA FACTS ABOUT US:
• We use many different teas (with and without caffeine), such as premium jasmine green tea, black tea, oolong tea, matcha, butterfly pea flower tea and hibiscus flower tea. The world of tea is endless and we shall keep expanding our tea collection at your liking.
• We want the flavour of our tea base to kick through the boba, and not be overpowered with anything but the flavourful tea itself. This point is important for us when it comes to all of our bobas. The tea base should be tasted, and not camouflaged.
• We selectively source green/black/oolong tea from Taiwan. They all are from the plant Camellia sinensis, but they’re all handled differently. This gives us three distinguished tea types, which we use at our tea station in most of our vegan milk teas and iced teas!
